goodness moi, mais ro la la microwave coffee...what made you resort to that!?!? I think you are FIRED!!
If you add a little bit of salt to stale coffee, then it causes a chemical reaction altering the pH of the coffee, hence making it taste fresh.
Since you've already hit bottom, maybe you can do that experiment for me.
